The problem is that the search engine like Google crawl these blog in one day but categorize them in 4th stage of index. I mean fresh blog without backlink is ranked in lower stage of index.

you want to add some fresh article from other blogger try to search them from last day post in search engine by using code site:blogspot.com/2016/06 “keyword” “2016 (1)” -2015 -2014 -2013 -2012.
The above code will show you only the new blogs which have been created only in the month of June 2016 and do not have any article for the year 2015, 2014, and 2013 so on.
Many new blogger write one or two quality article for their website and leave the blog without posting for 5 to 6 months.
Some blogger post 3 to 5 fresh unique articles and then they stuck in ideas on which topic to write on their blog.
If the new blog have fresh and useful information then re write the same with your keywords and submit to search engine you will get more traffic then the original article as the search engine ranking of your website is higher and visible to the internet searcher.

To get better position for your keywords and phrases you have to re submit the old article with help of webmaster tool called fetch as Google.
Doing so your article will get good position in search page and attract more visitors to your blog.
If you write on many topics I suggest not putting popular widget for the blog and keeping the blog simple without any links on main page.
Try to link the old and relevant article by using text link in the article which gets more natural traffic from Google.
