In this post I will be giving tips for new blogger on how to get long term traffic in India. Blogging is very easy and also very hard. I suggest you to go through some nice article before wring on specific topic.There are many techniques a new blogger has to apply to his website to get fast traffic. Blogger has 2 types of traffic namely short term traffic from search engine and long term traffic.

It easy very easy to get traffic for article within a week and gets harder as the article become older than a month as there are many websites are competing for the same keywords.

To get long term traffic I will suggest you to show all popular articles related to your niche at home
page with some description and pointing the links for them.

By doing so your old article will also have traffic and you may get good comments from the reader. These comments act as fresh keyword which will boost your traffic for long term in search engine.

I show link of my popular post for one last 1 year at home page and also show my al popular labels and tags related to my nice at home page this generates huge traffic for long run as well as short term for my blog.

Never show more than 2 article at homepage as this will divert your main keywords if your write other article which is not covered by your niche. For example your niche is about “tips on blogging” and your write on “how to speed laptop” then your keyword density for the home page will not be proper as blogging tips and laptop tips are different niche topics.

So I suggest you to show only 1 post at home page to get long term traffic from Google search engine, always update your old post by modifying its content, adding relevant post links.

For long term traffic adds article links in between the post of only those for whom your are not getting search traffic and old articles. There is no need to show post links of those article which are performing good at search engine.

Whenever you copy some other article make sure you write in your own words and it’s related to your niche and the post should not have big competition for past week. So search the post which was published 1 month ago and rewrite it to get traffic in the long run by adding some more posts related to the topic.
