Minimal Equipment Maximum Result
Not everyone have the time's and money to go to the gym, but guess
what?? that's not the only place where you can workout to get lean or
burn body fat. Work, family and other thing that make us can't or won't
go to the gym to get the lean body that we wanted. So, here's I want to
ask you:
- are you still want to burn those body fat?
- do you still want that lean body?
- do you still want to get a healthy body?
If the answer is "NO" then you don't have to read the rest of this article, but,..if your answer is "YES" let's continue :D.
Why I ask you that, it's because the first thing you need is a strong
desire to change's your self, if you don't have that, nothing can
change's you it's not only that, but it also take time's there is no
instant way.
So,,, here we go, I don't know what's stop you to change to be what you
want it to be, but if the problem is that you don't have time or money
to the gym, I think we can work that out.
Bodyweight Workout
You can guess your self that you don't need gym for this, for a beginner
like you, it's good to use your bodyweight to start your exercise.
It can be hard at first, since you using 50-70% of your weight for a
starter, but if you do it regularly and begin to get more stronger, you
will feel that your body is a bit lighter then usual.
Try to increase your stamina, your strength with bodyweight workout and
in the same time you can burn fat too. "ok, I get it,,,so, what kind of
workout out I should do??"
There are many variation of bodyweight workout out there, perhaps you know one of them "jeff Cavaliere a strength coach and physical therapist", or some other,,,you can find it on youtube though, so,,,let's get to with it...
The variation of bodyweight for beginners, men's or women can do this.
- Step Up
- Regular Push Up
- Bench Dips
- Lying knee tuck
- Wall Squat
- Hip Bridge
- Knee Up
- Skipping (Jump Rope)
Don't worry about how many rep you can do, in time, your rep will
increase since you getting stronger. so, for the first time, do as many
as you can.
The variation of bodyweight workout for intermediate user
- Regular Burpees (No Push Up)
- Box Jump (30 cm or more)
- Walking Lunges
- Pull Up and Chin Up
- Squat
- Clapping Push Up
- Mountain Climb
You can combine any variation of this into one workout, like what am doing in this video.
