Oftentimes, knowing the changes that you did will definitely help you point out what is causing the problem. Was your PS4 dropped? Did you spill
something on your PS4? Did you change the connections? Did you change your TV? These are just some of the typical questions you could ask yourself in order for you to locate the root of your PS4 problem.

Good thing there is no defect on your PS4; however, it is still a problem for every PS4 user since their brand new PS4 accessories are actually not working. Thus, it is best to check your PS4 cable if there are defects on it. Check its head if there are metal sheets that are bended. Metal pins which are not alligned properly should definitely cause some problems in your audio or video output

Change your resolution

When mismatched resolution occurs between your PS4 and diplay device (or your TV), blank screen happens. To fix these, you just have to hold down the power button until you hear two beeps. Once the second beep occurs, release the power button. Your PS4 will then automatically change the current resolution to a compatible one. Once you gain access again to your PS4, make sure you do change the actual resolution of your PS4.
